Ronnie had a great showing career & loved doing Discover Dogs. He had a few litters & produced some beautiful dogs. Most of all his temperament was second to none. He loved everyone but was always very steady. I used to hold on to him whilst heaving myself over the Cornish walls ! No one waits for me now ! He never put a paw wrong (except when he took up the lino in the kitchen...hey ho it needed tiling) & I still miss him. In Oct '09 he was diagnosed with an agressive cancer of the stifle. After a lot of discussion & soul searching his hind leg was amputated. He coped amazingly ! I found it hard to come to terms with but Ronnie never let me doubt my decision for a moment. Another year on & the wretched cancer returned & I had to say goodbye.....the tears still fall xxxxx
